Enerstab CZ-128H is developed for slush molding
for toys or other application with paste PVC resin. Enerstab CZ-128H has good stability performance
and consistence stable for the whole production process. The unique design of CZ-128H lubricant system
avoid the plate-out during production and storage process at certain level.
Application characteristics：
1. Excellent
stability performance and extreme high molding release and lubricity, but no
influence to printing and plate-out;
2. Excellent weathering ability；
3. Totally environmental friendly recepie and pass the EN-71-3 and REACH；
4. Excellent
initial stage whiteness and consistent color hold.
Application suggestions：
Normal
dosage ranging from 2.0 to 4.0phr, but actual number should depend upon plasticizer
type and addition level and other relevant elements. New users should evaluate
at the lab to distinguish appropriate conditions ahead of the actual
production.
